The platform operates as a growth partner by combining advertising strategies, funnel-based marketing, automation systems, and conversion optimization techniques to support predictable business growth.

2. Nature of Services

LeadBridgeSystem provides digital marketing and lead generation services including paid advertising campaigns, SEO, landing page funnels, automation systems, and conversion optimization. We operate strictly as a marketing and growth system provider and do not offer financial, legal, or government services.

All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and client requirements. Results may vary depending on industry, budget, competition, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • No unauthorized access to systems or data
  • No misuse or disruption of services
  • No copying or redistribution of content without permission

4. Service Agreements

All projects undertaken by LeadBridgeSystem are executed strictly on the basis of formally documented agreements, written proposals, or confirmed digital communications that clearly define the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, pricing structure, and respective responsibilities of both parties involved. These agreements serve as a legally binding framework to ensure transparency, accountability, and structured execution throughout the duration of the engagement.

Any request for modifications, additions, or alterations to the originally agreed scope of work shall be considered a scope change and may directly impact project timelines, resource allocation, and overall cost structure. Clients acknowledge and agree that timely communication, approvals, and feedback are essential for maintaining workflow efficiency, and any delays or lack of responsiveness may result in corresponding adjustments to delivery schedules and project outcomes.

5. Payments & Pricing

All pricing structures for services offered by LeadBridgeSystem are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to project complexity, campaign scale, expected deliverables, duration of engagement, and required resource allocation. Detailed payment terms, including total cost, installment structure, and due dates, are clearly communicated to the client prior to commencement of any work to ensure complete transparency and mutual understanding.

LeadBridgeSystem reserves the right to require advance payments, milestone-based payments, or full upfront payments depending on the nature of the project. Failure to adhere to agreed payment schedules, including delays or non-payment of dues, may result in immediate suspension or temporary discontinuation of services until all outstanding payments are fully settled. Continued non-compliance may further affect project continuity, delivery timelines, and access to ongoing services.

6. Project Delivery

All project delivery timelines provided by LeadBridgeSystem are estimated based on initial requirement analysis, defined scope of work, and planned resource allocation at the time of project initiation. While every effort is made to adhere to committed timelines, actual delivery may vary due to factors such as changes in project scope, delays in client communication, third-party platform dependencies, or unforeseen technical challenges that arise during execution.

LeadBridgeSystem follows a structured and transparent execution process that includes regular progress updates, milestone tracking, and ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment with expected outcomes. Clients acknowledge that cooperation, timely feedback, and prompt decision-making are critical factors that directly influence project efficiency, stability, and final delivery quality.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final settlement of all agreed payments, ownership rights of the final delivered output may be transferred to the client as per the terms defined in the project agreement. This may include completed campaigns, landing pages, funnels, or other digital assets specifically developed for the client under the agreed scope of work.

LeadBridgeSystem retains exclusive rights over all pre-existing intellectual property, including proprietary frameworks, marketing systems, strategies, methodologies, reusable code components, and internal processes used in the execution of services. Clients are strictly prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or claiming ownership over such underlying systems beyond the final deliverable explicitly provided under the agreement. LeadBridgeSystem also reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadBridgeSystem shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, marketing systems, or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, reduced performance outcomes, or fluctuations in marketing results influenced by external market conditions or third-party platforms.

Clients acknowledge and agree that digital marketing performance is influenced by multiple external factors beyond the control of LeadBridgeSystem, including but not limited to advertising platform policies, market competition, audience behavior, and technical dependencies. Accordingly, clients assume full responsibility for the use, implementation, and business decisions made based on the delivered systems and agree that LeadBridgeSystem shall not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or external failures.

9. Third-Party Services

LeadBridgeSystem may utilize, integrate, or depend upon various third-party platforms, services, and tools including but not limited to advertising networks, analytics providers, automation software, hosting services, payment gateways, and other external digital infrastructure required for the execution and performance of marketing systems and campaigns. While we ensure proper configuration and integration of such services to the best of our technical capability, we do not exercise control over their operational availability, performance standards, pricing changes, data policies, or system updates.

Clients acknowledge and agree that the use of third-party services is subject to the respective terms, policies, and compliance requirements of those providers, and it is the sole responsibility of the client to review, understand, and adhere to such terms. LeadBridgeSystem shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, performance variations, data loss, account restrictions, or policy enforcement actions arising from or related to third-party platforms.

10. Revisions & Modifications

LeadBridgeSystem may include a predefined number of minor revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure alignment with client expectations and initial requirements. Minor revisions typically include adjustments that do not fundamentally alter the structure, strategy, or functionality of the original deliverables. Any requests that exceed the agreed scope or involve significant redesign, restructuring, or addition of new features shall be considered as major changes.

LeadBridgeSystem reserves the full right to modify, enhance, or update its marketing strategies, operational workflows, technical systems, and execution methodologies at any time without prior notice, provided such changes are intended to improve performance, efficiency, scalability, or service quality. Any major revisions requested by the client beyond the agreed scope may result in additional costs, revised timelines, and re-evaluation of project deliverables.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement or project engagement by providing formal written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the respective agreement or communication. Upon termination, the client remains fully liable for payment of all work completed, services rendered, and resources allocated up to the date of termination, including any approved milestones or partially completed deliverables.

LeadBridgeSystem reserves the right to immediately suspend, pause, or permanently terminate services without prior notice in cases involving non-payment, breach of agreed terms, misuse of services, unethical conduct, or any action that disrupts operational integrity or project execution. Such termination may also result in restricted access to ongoing work, systems, or deliverables until all outstanding obligations are resolved.

12. Updates to Terms

LeadBridgeSystem reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in order to reflect changes in business operations, service structure, legal requirements, or operational policies. Any such modifications will be updated on this page along with a revised “Last Updated” date to ensure transparency and user awareness.

Continued use of the website, services, or any associated systems after the publication of updated Terms shall be deemed as full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Users are encouraged to periodically review this section to remain informed about any changes that may affect their rights, obligations, or continued engagement with LeadBridgeSystem.
